I build social content around the people on both sides of the screen. That can mean giving a new business a voice from scratch, turning expertise into content people want to follow, or taking a complicated public issue and making it easier to understand.
SOCIAL MEDIA FOR BUSINESS
Strategy, copy and content built around human connection.
Down-home, hardworking and neighborly. A little country, never corporate. Approachable enough for the small questions and confident enough for the big jobs.
Starting without an established social presence, we built the brand around education, authority and community. Helpful homeowner content builds trust, while weekly Facebook group posts and conversation-driven content keep the company visible locally.
Contractor content can get serious fast, so we deliberately made room for personality. Family-friendly humor gives the brand a weekly change of pace and another reason for people to stop, engage and remember it.
Young, energetic and very Gen Z, but backed by a serious work ethic. Haul Yeah keeps things casual, funny and straight to the point while still sounding like people you'd trust to show up and get the job done.
The work does a lot of the talking, so before-and-after reels are a big part of the content strategy. Short, punchy captions keep the brand moving, while service education helps people understand everything the crew can take off their hands.
Junk removal can be more emotional than it looks. For the Mind Over Clutter series, we slow things down and acknowledge that letting go can be hard. The goal is simple: make people feel seen, never judged, and comfortable asking for help.
Better Fencing & Construction was a brand-new company with no established audience or social presence. We built the brand from the website and messaging to the voice that would carry across every piece of social content.
Professional, trustworthy and unmistakably human. The goal was to sound like a contractor homeowners could rely on without slipping into stiff, corporate or AI-sounding language. Clear communication and authenticity became part of the brand itself.
With no existing audience, the content had to build familiarity and credibility at the same time. We use educational posts, relatable humor and real-world homeowner content to demonstrate expertise while giving people a reason to engage with a company they're just getting to know.
A recurring education series designed to look out for the homeowner. From contractor red flags to questions worth asking before work begins, the series helps people make smarter decisions, even when they aren't hiring us.
State Question 836 focused on opening Oklahoma’s primary elections to more voters. After I began creating independent TikTok content about the measure, I was approached to support the voter-education effort as a volunteer content creator.
Volunteer Social Media Content Creator supporting the Vote Yes 836 voter-education campaign. My work focused on translating election policy into clear short-form content, answering voter questions and making the issue easier to understand in a fast-moving social environment.
I created original TikTok content explaining SQ 836, responding to objections and misinformation, covering developments around the measure and encouraging Oklahomans to participate in the petition process. Audience questions and comments also became part of the editorial strategy, helping shape what needed to be explained next.
The work did not end with signature gathering. I continue following SQ 836 as it moves through legal and legislative developments, creating content when new information affects the public conversation around the measure.
Tell me about it. I like good ideas, interesting problems, and work that gives me a reason to think a little harder.
